This was my first time at Rix. I am a senior woman and am very aware that some people take advantage of my generation. Not here. They went out of their way to explain everything in detail to me. From now on I will never go anywhere else.

I went to Rix to get a full 150 point inspection on my 2007 sedan to make sure it was safe to drive and if I needed any repairs. The determination was no repairs needed but my tires had dry rot. They were able to get the tires and put them on the same day. Very happy to say no one tried to mansplain anything to me but Adam did explain things I had questions about. I will definitely be going back here to get work done when I need it! Just excellent
