I bought my Acura RDX used and had not reached any major service intervals as I do no drive often. When I hit the 100k mileage mark, I research all the independent shops with Acura experience and RIX stood out "like a sore thumb" in a good way. I am a bit of a tech-nerd and had done a lot of research about every procedure, part and service recommended for the next 100k miles. Adam was great, putting up with all my research, and recommending the best way forward. The srevice was perfect and their facility is immaculate, staffed by highly experienced and well trained service technicians. Services completed - Timing belt & tensioner, water pump, oil pump seals, crank seal, serpentine belt, plugs, valve adjustment & cover gasket, transmission fluid, coolant. The 12-month/12,000 mile warranty is an added plus. I highly recommend you visit Rick and the folks for your auto service needs.

I had a great experience at Rix. My main point of contact was Adam who was very professional annd knowledgeable and the work was good. The price was fair and I honestly trust this place over the dealership if it’s not a warranty issue. I have a Toyota and they specialize in Japanese cars and used all the proper OEM fluids that were necessary.I highly recommend this place!

Where do I begin? Oh, by not taking my 4Runner to a dealer or quick lube, EVER AGAIN. Adam and his crew of knowledgeable and experienced technicians are a rare gem in the auto world. I brought my vehicle to them for a mysterious noise first thing Monday, and had my runner back Tuesday evening. They located the issue and addressed it. Not only that, but we talked about what it was. They even took the time and explained and showed me what it was. Very different from other places that like to keep you in the dark and treat you like you know nothing. Also did some routine maintenance as well while it was there. I need more stars to give them. 5 is not enough. They are my Toyota shop now. Conveniently located in Mason too. Thanks guys.
