I have been working with Rick & his staff for the past 3 years and they always do a really great job. I really appreciate the text messages keeping me informed as well as the emailed diagnostic sheet after each visit. I know that Rick & the team are keeping an eye on all the important Maintance my car needs and that’s really comforting to me. He lets me know what needs to be done & what to be prepared for in the future. Rix is a really professional & easy business to work with and I recommend them to all of my friends & family.

Fair price and honest. Not only did Rick take his time to explain everything to me, but he also walked me through my options. He could have easily just told me “I’ll fix it” and taken my money, instead he just was honest and informed what my options looked like with an older and extensively used car. 10/10 would recommend!

So very impressed with the service here and the transparency on the list of repairs. Great communication and follow up on all the steps to ensure making the best decisions on the most important items to repair and what could wait. Have a 2006 Subaru Forester working to keep it going a few more years within a budget since I love this car and Rix made that possible so grateful for the great care and attention they provided.

Rix was great! They got me in very quickly, performed a thorough inspection, and did high quality work on the necessary service and repairs. They mounted and balanced new tires, replaced brakes, and installed a new water pump/timing belt. Rick called and discussed everything clearly and prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be going back!

Rick is exceptional. Rick took over on what another mechanic couldn’t do. Rick dealt with parts and no vehicle, parts with no identification numbers, parts shipping to see if they would fit, shipping on parts with multiple options. I received the parts I needed to put the truck back in running condition. Rick turned my nightmare into a story with a great ending. Thank you, Rick!
