I got my car in and serviced in a timely manner! Rix always does a great job and the new shop is magnificent.

Rix was amazing from start to finish. I came in not knowing what was wrong, Rick came out and looked at my car, scheduled my appointment, and I was in and out in less than the time they quoted me. It was also WAY less expensive than I had expected. I’ll never go anywhere else again!

Very thorough examination of the car. Found the problem and corrected the less expensive problem. I’m delaying having the other problem repaired at this time. Very honest, and it didn’t cost me much to have a diagnosis and correction of one of the problems.

My 2007 Corvette has an oil leak and we took the car to RIX. We were called with an estimate and told them to proceed. The actual repair was less than was quoted. Needless to say we were very pleased with that but most of all for the service that was given. RIX is very professional and for that reason we take all our vehicles to them!

I’m a little to picky then I’d like to admit, Rix auto did a great job at taking care of my Tacoma, truck was still clean after they serviced it, that’s super rare! And was super friendly! I will be back, thanks again!

We had a timing belt, water pump and new transmission fluid done on our 2014 Honda Odyssey. We had an appt. for Wed. morning so we dropped the car off Tues. evening. The car was ready as promised by Wednesday evening.. Rick met us at the door when we arrived. He personally test drove the car and went over all the checks they performed. Very clean, friendly, professional establishment. Our van is running great. We are looking forward to another 100 thousand miles with Rix.

RIX is great. The place is clean and the process was professional. You will be notified throughout the entire process via text along with pictures. They let you know the issues, recommendations and price before anything is done. When done, you can pay online and pick your vehicle up after 5 pm with a secure lock box. Highly recommended.

Rick and his staff is very experienced in Honda vehicles, very friendly service, facility is new and well maintained, builds a trust level with customers like myself. No up selling either.

Upfront, straight to the point. Checked on my concerns, made great suggestions and a few smart recommendations. Followed up a few days later to make sure I everything is good. Will be back!
