Courteous customer service in a sparkling clean environment. I had a transmission light come on so i stopped in and immediately appreciated the non pressure way the business was conducted. They checked my car then emailed me a detailed report of thier findings including photographs. We discussed what needed to be fixed versus what was ok for now. The work was completed on time for the price quoted. I'm glad I found them.

I had a starter issue and Rix was amazing. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and have amazing follow through. They fixed my car within a few days and it has never run better! Will definitely go back and highly recommend! Thanks

This was my first experience using Rix Automotive and I was highly impressed with the level of sophistication and communication for a small shop. Their diagnosis of the engine problem collaborated the dealers and was significantly less expensive. The work was completed in a timely manner and the guys were kind enough to take the time to explain the mechanical problem to non-mechanical person. This will be my go to repair shop.

While never meeting in person, I was able to drop of my vehicle and pick it up after hours. I was kept informed of any issues that were discovered and recommendations/time frames on future maintenance items (brakes/tires). I will be bringing in other vehicles!
