From start to finish this was a top-notch experience. It was easy to schedule. Diagnostics, estimate and timeframe were very clearly communicated. Rick is very attentive and very responsive. Rick made it easy to drop off the car, pay for the work once approved, and easy to pick up the car. We have sent several cars over the past few years and have had nothing but great experiences. It's hard to find people who you can trust especially in the automobile industry but the guys at RIX are just that. They are fully transparent about what they are going to be doing, what really needs to be done, and the cost associated with that. The shop and the guys are top-notch! I would not go anywhere else!
