Rix deserves your business! 💯 I’ve been going to the same auto shop from over a decade now and had no reason to stray. Recently, I upgraded my vehicle from an older Toyota to a newer Honda, and wanted to go the extra mile with my vehicle’s care to ensure it will last me a very long time. After much research and trying to avoid dealership service centers, enter Rix Automotive. My usual mechanic can absolutely service my new Honda, but these guys SPECIALIZE in them/Japanese vehicles and after visiting for service, learned they are master technicians who genuinely care and do high quality work. After speaking with Adam, I was confident my vehicle was in great hands and couldn’t have been more correct. And the inspection reports and nice waiting area are a huge plus. The entire team went above and beyond expectations, and have added to their lifelong customers. Thanks Rix Team, you guys are awesome and keep up the excellent work!!

Great business!! Super well run! Easy scheduling through their website. Communication was largely via text message including sending a link to view inspection report and sign off on repairs. This made the whole process so smooth! Definitely recommend!

Rix is super solid. Smart, thorough and honest work, keeps me updated, asks any questions they have for me, & doesn't cut any corners. Their off-road division is killer. My first time with them for a lift/wheels/tires, my old CV axle busted during install. Not their fault, would have happened wherever I got the work done, but their treatment to solve that pop-up issue and still get me my truck back on time probably wasn't easy, but was very appreciated.
