I went to Rix to get a full 150 point inspection on my 2007 sedan to make sure it was safe to drive and if I needed any repairs. The determination was no repairs needed but my tires had dry rot. They were able to get the tires and put them on the same day. Very happy to say no one tried to mansplain anything to me but Adam did explain things I had questions about. I will definitely be going back here to get work done when I need it! Just excellent

Blown away with the customer service at rix . Have never experienced anything like it . They’re quick , thorough , and communicate clearly - without being pushy . Free overall look at your car with oil change - they send ya pics and videos of everything . Quote you and make sure you approve before doing a job , thank you guys !
