I must say I've had many experiences with auto repair facilities in the tri-state area over the years. Rix was recommended by a very trustworthy acquaintance and I must say I was blown away by the experience I had with Rix. We dropped off my wife's Honda for the 100,000 mile service, from our first contact with Rix we received professional communication and straightforward information about what was necessary for our car. Once the car was dropped off the job was completed in a timely, professional manner with care and respect. Being fairly knowledgeable about Honda vehicle's my expectations have been called nit picky , but Rix left me speechless with nothing to say but thank you.
