Whenever I bring my car into RIX I know I’m going to get an honest and fair estimate of work that needs to be done. They take videos to explain what is wrong and how they will fix it which is very helpful for someone like me who knows nothing about cars. It also gives me piece of mind that I am not being taken advantage of. We started bringing our work vans to RIX as well. The dealer told us we needed over $3,000 worth of repairs, but Rick told us it would only be a few hundred! I will only bring my vehicles to RIX going forward!
