I dropped my car off to RIX the night before service and the next day RIX called around 9am to verify work to be done. At around 3:30pm RIX called to let me know my vehicle was done. Great communication the entire time and RIX followed up a couple days later to make sure I wasn’t having any other issues. Really appreciate their attention to customer service! RIX performed the following services on my 2015 Honda Pilot with 75,000 miles. 1. Timing belt and water pump replacement including new tensioner. 2. Automatic transmission fluid change. 3. Brake fluid change. 4. Rear differential fluid change.
