Last week I got my 2010 Honda Odyssey serviced here. We got new calipers on back wheels and a few other breaks related maintenance in a reasons cost. Before I used to go to dealer and now I plan to take my Camry for routine maintenance as well. Thank you.

Whenever I bring my car into RIX I know I’m going to get an honest and fair estimate of work that needs to be done. They take videos to explain what is wrong and how they will fix it which is very helpful for someone like me who knows nothing about cars. It also gives me piece of mind that I am not being taken advantage of. We started bringing our work vans to RIX as well. The dealer told us we needed over $3,000 worth of repairs, but Rick told us it would only be a few hundred! I will only bring my vehicles to RIX going forward!

Took my 2014 Mercedes for 100,000 service checkup. Had oil changed plus a few other things, Rick communicated every step of the way and had car ready in same day at a great price. Highly recommend RIX Automotive.

This auto repair shop has got to be the most honest mechanic i have ever been to. I know the car i took in for a safety inspection has numerous failing components. It’s an old car with over 250,000 miles. ONE item was thought to be a critical safety concern. Upon further trouble shooting it turned out to be some disconnected vacuum hoses. Nothing dangerous. NO CHARGE. Not even a diagnostic fee! I couldn’t believe it! Will DEFINITELY be taking ALL my mechanic needs to this shop from now on! Hands down THE BEST I have EVER encountered! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS HIGHLY ENOUGH! Get your car work done here you will NOT be disappointed.
