This auto repair shop has got to be the most honest mechanic i have ever been to. I know the car i took in for a safety inspection has numerous failing components. It’s an old car with over 250,000 miles. ONE item was thought to be a critical safety concern. Upon further trouble shooting it turned out to be some disconnected vacuum hoses. Nothing dangerous. NO CHARGE. Not even a diagnostic fee! I couldn’t believe it! Will DEFINITELY be taking ALL my mechanic needs to this shop from now on! Hands down THE BEST I have EVER encountered! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS HIGHLY ENOUGH! Get your car work done here you will NOT be disappointed.

The first time I took my GMC Yukon to RIX’s was to get a vehicle inspection report. I received a very detail list and pictures of what needed to be repaired. This trip i took my vehicle in to get these repairs done, while they were working on my vehicle they noticed some other concerns that they immediately informed me about. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the attention to detail that was giving to me and my vehicle while it was at RIX’s.
