Rix Automotive is always the best experience. Top notch customer service, sends an email breakdown of things with pictures as well. Let's me know of other things to keep an eye on if needed and super easy to pay there or with a link. Plus I can always trust them to do the right thing. Would highly recommend and my go to mechanic!

Rix Automotive is the best service center i have experienced. Very friendly, great communications and patient to answer questions. Never have they tried to sell me on something not needed. Great with advice on things to watch for in the future and ball park figures to plan. Its a drive for us but worth the time because they are so easy and trustworthy.

We had Rix evaluate our car before we took it on trip and I can not say enough good things about the service that was provided. Setting up the appointment was very easy with the online "Schedule a Visit" form. The communication about what needed to be done and the timing was outstanding. Non-essential repairs were not pushed at all and essential repairs were clearly estimated and very thoroughly documented in the e-mailed inspection report. We could not be any happier with Rix Automotive and look forward to having all of our future car work/repairs done here.

Great job on our Honda Odyssey. Rick had great communication and was honest about what needed work now and what could wait a while. I'm thrilled to find a place 3 minutes from my house that does excellent work on our Hondas.

Rix, did a great job on fixing the car in a timely manner. They kept in contact with us giving us updates on the car and when the parts came in. I would definitely recommend them and will bring my cars to them for any future work or maintenance that needs done

Just moved to the area and after a couple of bad experiences with dealerships I was really happy to find a great place to take my car for service. Rick was super attentive and I appreciated the updates throughout the day letting me know what was going on with my car. It’s nice to finally have someone I can trust and know will do quality work on my vehicles
