This was my first experience with Rix, and it will not be my last. The issue with my Tundra was diagnosed quickly and repaired within hours. I've taken several cars to Rix and the level of service is outstanding. They are truly customer focused and want to do the right thing. Recently I had a quote from another shop for $1,200 and I took it here for a second opinion. Nothing needed. $0. They are so trustworthy.
