Brought a car (Honda 09 Civic SI) to RIX to check on the AC that doesn’t blow a cold air. Took the Tech 2 days to check and finally they told me that the car need a new compressor. Also they found a crack on the lower control Arm bushing. I decided to go ahead and replaced both. Left the car there for 2 weeks and went on vacation. I finally picked up picked up the car and really happy with the results. The AC is working very well. And there is no clunking noises on the sterling whenever turn left or right (prior to replacing the bushing I felt lose and occasionally had a clunking noises). Anyway, I really happy with the car and would recommend anyone to RIX for any type of service. Customer service was also great. All are very friendly and very nice. I will definitely bring my car to them again.

Repairs done in a timely manner. I appreciate getting a detailed estimate and being able to decide what work gets done without undue pressure. They replaced a damaged cam in my Acura that I would never have been able to diagnose or repair. Car runs great

My ball joint broke while exiting on a ramp from the interstate. On the advice of someone I trust, I had my car towed to Rix. Adam took care of me from the time it arrived until it was finally completed. Rix was professional and efficient. The initial quote was spot-on and because of my hours they worked with me to allow me to pick up and drop off my car at odd times. My car was a mess. It is riding fine now. Adam helped make the whole event a lot more manageable than it could have been.

Excellent service for my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. Oil change, brake fluid change, tailgate latch repair and key FOB reprogramming. Also, general review of systems. Very pleased with the work performed. Will be using them again for ongoing service for both my Ridgeline as well as my 2021 Honda CRV.
