I drove two hours to get here, and it was worth every minute. My Honda Element has been tied up in a Honda dealership for six months and $700 later they could never fix my problem. As a DIY auto enthusiast, I’m extremely picky about letting others touch my cars. Due to time constraints, I brought in my 2004 Honda Civic with a leaking cam seal and blown head gasket. RIX made it very easy to work around my busy schedule, as they have a secure drop box for your keys and leaving your vehicle. Rick and his team are very thorough in providing diagnostic information. They did an excellent job of communicating - sending repair progress via texts and images. Detailed invoices are provided so you know exactly what work was done, and what parts were replaced. The team’s craftsmanship and attention to detail were beyond my expectations; and they stand by their work, offering to inspect repairs within a few hundred miles to ensure it is up to their standards.
