I had an opportunity to meet the owner, Rick Williams, through a friend. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. Any shop can fix a car. Rick's passion is building a relationship with his clients, making sure they don't feel like a number in a transaction. He truly believes (and demonstrates) building a client experience. I highly recommend visiting Rick and his team. I know I will be the next time I need one of my vehicles taken care of.

As a DIY auto enthusiast, I’m extremely picky about letting others touch my cars. Due to time constraints, I brought in my 2004 Honda Civic with a leaking cam seal and blown head gasket. RIX made it very easy to work around my busy schedule, as they have a secure drop box for your keys and leaving your vehicle. Rick and his team are very thorough in providing diagnostic information. They did an excellent job of communicating - sending repair progress via texts and images. Detailed invoices are provided so you know exactly what work was done, and what parts were replaced. The team’s craftsmanship and attention to detail were beyond my expectations; and they stand by their work, offering to inspect repairs within a few hundred miles to ensure it is up to their standards. RIX Automotive is a place I not only trust, but a place I would recommend to anyone looking for the highest quality automotive service for extremely reasonable prices.

If you’re looking for an honest reliable shop, then go see Rix! There’s nothing better than knowing your vehicle is in good hands at a fair price. Communication is essential in my line of work and he has always surpassed my expectations. This IS your shop to go to. My wife and I were considering a newer Pilot but he convinced me it was more than worth saving and at 160,XXX miles it drives and feels new! Rick is an hour and a half away from me but well worth the drive. Wouldn't take my S2000 anywhere else. He answers all your questions, sends pics of progress and is very reasonably priced. He's truly a standout in the automotive repair business.

Wanted to stop by to say that Rick and his guys did a great job on my Hyundai Genesis! I was hearing a lot of squeaking from my brakes and wanted to get them changed before winter hit. Rix did a great job, my car was NOT covered in greasy oil stains and he sent me a video and pictures of the parts being replaced as well as some info. on the awful exhaust leak I have!! Lol:) I’ll be coming back in Jan. for my oil change & the exhaust leak. Thanks Rick!!! Jenn Cefalu
