I have had a few encounters with RIX AUTOMOTIVE, all were extremely detailed and informative when I dropped off and when I picked up my car after service. He outlined everything he worked on and explained fully in depth the question I had concerns with, between oil changes, fluid leaks and modified parts that I chose him to install. I am still one happy customer and recommend him to everyone that needs service and doesn’t know much about cars, he is very experienced and will tell you the honest truth! I had a simple set of fluid services and diagnostic of a couple DTCs performed by RIX. Here’s what you need to know... this guy is a Master Technician in the truest form of the title. Total knowledge of Honda/Acura products, thoughtful handling of your prized possession, 100% clarity and transparency in service, great explanation of your cars health, and never an up-sell or recommendation beyond what’s truly needed EVEN if it means he makes a little less money while your cars with him. I fear handing my keys to anyone, I have found a Honda/Acura mechanic that I feel is much better and more considerate of my car than I am. Excellent!
