RIX Automotive is the only auto repair shop I will go to. Rick is 100% professional and their work is exceptional. The check engine light was on and I needed the 100k and 105k mile maintenance (Timing Belt +++) done on my 2014 Honda Pilot. Including diagnostic time, ordering parts, and the actual work it took 3 days to complete the job. I expected the job to take at least 5 business days. 24 hours after picking up my Pilot Rick sent me a text to see if I was satisfied with the work. My Pilot was running like new, even my wife noticed and stated it was running great. Rick has serviced our cars for several years. His service has always been exceptional. Rick took vehicle service to a level I never knew existed. Not only was his quote for service lower than the normal shop I used to use and dealership... but then when it came time for the service, he actually said he didn't think one of the recommended services was needed and provided evidence as to why I should wait for that service. Furthermore, he sent me details photos of his entire vehicle inspection. The entire shop was done contact free (if that is important to you in COVID world). I dropped of my car the night before and used a drop box, got my service quote and approved work online, got the texts with the updates, work was completed by 10am the next day, I was able to pay online very easily, my key was in a code locked box when I arrived. I still haven't met Rick, but I feel like I know him now. Why would anyone go anywhere else?

When repairs are needed, he is very clear on what needs to be done and why. I really appreciate his honesty and the assurance that when I pick-up my car it is ready to roll.
