I had my car serviced this weekend at Rix Automotive. Rick is extremely experienced, knowledgeable and professional. I can't say enough good things about Rick and his shop. Rix will be my go to shop for all device and maintenance items. I would recommend him to anyone.

Rick recently did some work on my 09 TSX, and he went above and beyond. He sends photos of the work he's performed and his inspections, and is very thorough while doing so. I had a simple set of fluid services and diagnostic of a couple DTCs performed by RIX. Here’s what you need to know... this guy is a Master Technician in the truest form of the title. Total knowledge of Honda/Acura products, thoughtful handling of your prized possession, 100% clarity and transparency in service, great explanation of your cars health, and never an up-sell or recommendation beyond what’s truly needed EVEN if it means he makes a little less money while your cars with him. I fear handing my keys to anyone, I have found a Honda/Acura mechanic that I feel is much better and more considerate of my car than I am. Excellent!

I brought my S2000 to Rix after getting a recommendation from a friend who had a great experience. I am usually a do it yourself type but needed my clutch changed and didnt want to do it myself so I decided to give Rix a shot. I am pleased to say that my experience was also excellent, he answered all my questions and did a great job, even sent me pictures of the progress which was very appreciated and to top it off the price was very fair. I would not hesitate to use Rix in the future and will recommend to my friends and family!
